Staniforth Architects gained planning permission for this large replacement dwelling in the Charnwood countryside. The scheme replaces an existing farm house, broadly following its original footprint. The scheme incorporates traditional materials and forms, sympathetic to its setting with contemporary detailing. We are excited to be taking it forward on site.
